You will only be charged if you are enrolled in Englishtown's online school as a student.

Your username is your email address.

To change your password or other personal information, please click on the My Account link and then click on "Basic Info".

We will also send your user information via email. If you do not receive an email order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.

The match emails will only be sent out if we find approriate matches for you.
We match people based on your personal information and matching preferences.
To improve your match results you should make sure that your profile is properly updated. Go to the Edit profile page to update your profile.

1. Upload a good picture of yourself and fill out your profile page properly.
2. Come back often. Our matching system favors frequent visitors. The more often you log in the greater the chance is that we will find you a match.
3. Check your junk mail folder. Chances are that your email system is blocking our emails. To ensure a proper deliverability please mark our emails as safe. This is how:
   Hotmail
   1. Click the Contacts tab.
   2. Click the Safe List link on the left menu.
   3. Enter our email address newfriends@englishtown.com and click the Add button.
   
   Yahoo mail
   1. From your Yahoo Mail, click the Addresses tab
   2. Click the Add Contact link.
   3. Enter our email address newfriends@englishtown.com in the Email field and click the Save Contact button.
   
   Windows Live Hotmail
   1. In the upper-right corner of the Windows Live Hotmail home page, click Options
   2. Under Junk e-mail, click Safe and blocked senders.
   3. Click Safe senders.
   4. Enter our domain name englishtown.com and click Add to List.
   
   Gmail
   1. Open one of our emails.
   2. Click the Arrow image on the top right corner of the message to display more options menu.
   3. Click the link Add to Contacts List.
   You can also contact your Email service provider and ask why our emails aren't being delivered to you.

Unfortunately we cannot give out the email addresses of Englishtown members.

If you are a member of Englishtown, you can sign up to receive our daily Email English lesson! To sign up for Email English, go to My account and click on Email Services. You can choose which emails you want to receive and in which language !

If you just signed up for Email English or you just became a member, you can expect to receive your first lesson one to four days after you first signed up.Please note that we also send Email English lessons on the weekends.

Email English doesn't offer different levels currently. Students receive Email English in the same level.

If you are a member of Englishtown, you can unsubscribe from all your newsletters from one page. Simply uncheck the box next to the newsletter you no longer wish to receive. Go to My Account and click on Email Services.
