If you are not able to log in, first make sure you do not have an extra space before your username or password. Also check that you have correctly spelled your username and password. If you have forgotten either of these, you can request a reminder here. Please remember that your email address can be used as your username. Finally, make sure that your security settings are set to default. You can check this by going to Tools>Internet Options>click on the "Security" tab and make sure that "default settings" is in "gray."

There is no way to change your username at this time. If you wish to change your password, click the "My account" link in the top right of any page, go to "Basic Info" enter the new password and update.

To change your password or other personal information, please click on the My Account link and then click on "Basic Info".

Update my personal profile

The placement test determines your Englishtown language level. It is based on our general English curriculum. At the end of the test, you are presented with a suggested Englishtown starting level.

You can find your score for the placement test you have taken in the Progress Report. Click the "Progress Report" link and the score will be in the right column.
