To renew your course, update your credit card information or change to a different credit card on our site. Log in to our site and click on "My Account". Note you will not be eligible for a second free trial.

  * If you paid offline, to continue with your Englishtown courses after your initial subscription period is over, you must pay again, either offline or online. To avoid an interruption in learning, Englishtown must receive your payment prior to the expiration date of your current offline enrollment.

For monthly credit card payments, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be billed each month until you cancel. For offline payments, you pay once for a finite number of months. You may renew your subscription when this time expires.

You can buy a course even if you do not have a credit card.  You may pay for your subscription by wire transfer, post-giro, or with cash at a local office near you.  When paying by cash, check or wire transfer, you may only purchase subscriptions of 3, 6 or 12 months. Shorter subscriptions will not be validated.

  Offline subscriptions (unless by credit card) do not automatically renew, so if you wish to continue learning after your initial subscription period is over, you must pay again, either online or offline.

No, we only allow one free trial per user.  If you are a returning student (you have paid for a course before), you are not eligible for the free trial. As soon as you sign up, your credit card will be charged for a one-month subscription.

If offered, the headset package is completely free with your paid subscription. If you cancel during your free trial or opt for a money-back guarantee, you are responsible for the headset shipping fee. Once your free trial period is over, if you have not cancelled, you will be charged according to the program you signed up for.

• If you subscribed to the Englishtown monthly program, you will be charged each month until you cancel.
• If you paid in advance for a set amount of time you will not be charged again.
• If you are in a minimum-length program and you cancel before the end of your minimum study period, you will still be charged each month until end of your minimum study period. If you cancel your subscription after the minimum study period has already passed, you will not be charged again.
