Logging in
If you are not able to log in, first make sure you do not have an extra space before your username or password. Also check that you have correctly spelled your username and password. If you have forgotten either of these, you can request a reminder
here. Please remember that your email address can be used as your username. Finally, make sure that your security settings are set to default. You can check this by going to Tools>Internet Options>click on the "Security" tab and make sure that "default settings" is in "gray."

Downloading software
Try to download Centra from our Technical Check. The Tech check link is available at the top right of your Course page.

The "default level" security setting will allow you to use all of the features necessary for the school.
Click on "Tools" in your web browser, select "Internet Options" and click on the "Security" tab. Make sure that the "default settings" button is gray.
If you access the school from work, please check with your system administrator to make sure you have permission to adjust the security settings in your browser.

Audio, Video and Activities
All of the audio and video in Englishtown uses Flash. The audio files are in MP3 format. If you are not able to hear sound or see the videos, please check your browser settings.
