About the EF school
Our newest US school is centrally located near Georgetown University in one of Washington’s most beloved areas among students and prominent D.C. citizens alike.

You’ll find state-of-the-art learning facilities, spacious classrooms and a comfortable student lounge in our renovated school.

We offer preparation for the internationally recognized TOEFL exam, as well as a wide range of special interest classes including international relations and American culture.

Washington teems with things to do – so when classes end for the day the fun is just beginning!

Courses and Programs in Washington D.C.
  • Choose from general, intensive, business English and exam preparation courses. Courses start every Monday and can be booked from 2 to 52 weeks.


  • Or choose one of our 9-month EF Academic Year Abroad programs which combine English learning with academic study to achieve maximum fluency. University preparation courses with guaranteed placement are also available.

  • Fees for short term courses start from USD 750 for 2 weeks.


  • For long term programs, fees start from USD 9,490 for 9 months.
